Supply Chain Management Executive – Procurement & Sourcing

• Manage procurement and sourcing activities for new semiconductor assembly & test products.
• Identify, evaluate, and qualify cost-effective suppliers for raw materials (leadframes, substrates, molding compounds, bonding wire, adhesives, etc.).
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and supply terms to ensure best value and long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to align supplier capabilities with new product requirements.
• Track supplier performance (cost, quality, delivery) and drive continuous improvement.
• Support risk management by developing alternate sourcing strategies and ensuring supply continuity.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years’ experience in procurement/supply chain within semiconductor/EMS/OSAT or electronics manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of semiconductor materials and supplier ecosystem.
• Excellent negotiation, vendor management, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and MS Office.
